Job summary

Allego is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Education & Enablement to build scalable programs, resources, and learning experiences that help customers realize more value from Allego. This hands-on role will craft education from the ground up, launching scalable learning programs and evolving the self-service ecosystem.

You’ll partner with Success, Product, Marketing, and Enablement to shape how customers learn, adopt, and realize value, with a focus on driving engagement and outcomes across the

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling customer education or enablement programs in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with Allego or revenue enablement platforms and related software.
• Proven ability to design and execute education strategies grounded in adult learning principles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfortable delivering content to customers.
• Experience owning or administering enablement technologies and related tooling.
• Strong program management skills with end-to-end execution capability.
• A portfolio of customer-facing educational content and learning programs is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Allego’s customer education and enablement strategy.
• Transform product documentation into a modern self-service experience.
• Create engaging educational experiences (videos, guides, playbooks, webinars, paths).
• Design and evolve Allego University, certifications, and power-user programs.
• Develop templates, toolkits, and accelerators for rapid customer onboarding and expansion.
• Deliver scalable workshops, webinars, and learning events to drive engagement.
