Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design or learning experience design in a corporate setting.
• Leadership experience overseeing learning designers, content creators, or curriculum managers.
• Deep knowledge of adult learning principles (ADDIE, SAM) and applying them to revenue teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team of Learning Experience Designers.
• Oversee design and development of e-learning, vILT/ILT, videos, simulations, and assessments.
• Manage complex projects, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure learning content meets governance standards and delivers consistent learner experiences.
• Define governance model for Revenue, CX, and Partner learning materials.
• Analyze KPIs and apply data-driven insights to improve enablement programs.
• Stay updated on AI-powered learning approaches and coach the team to adopt them.
