Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Director, Global Partner Strategy & Programs, fully remote in the United States. You will define, evolve, and execute global partner strategy and programs aligned to Genesys growth objectives and go-to-market priorities, soliciting inputs from across the business and coordinating cross-region initiatives.

You will lead a global partner team, design scalable partner programs, and drive regional nuances while maintaining a globally consistent experience for partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 15+ years of senior leadership in global partnerships, alliances, or ecosystems.
• Experience leading in enterprise technology with mature partner ecosystems.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with global scope.
• Comfort traveling to Manila and other regions as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global partner strategy and programs aligned to growth objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global partner team and governance forums.
• Design and manage partner incentives, tiering, and co-investment programs across regions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partner Marketing, Revenue Intelligence, Services, Finance, IT and Operations.
• Communicate progress and insights to executive audiences and drive cross-functional alignment.
