Genesys is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Enablement to lead a global team translating business priorities into scalable learning solutions. You will drive performance through strategy, design, and program management across Talent Development and enterprise initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, global collaboration, and a track record of accelerating adoption and measurable impact within a SaaS/AI-driven organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Performance Consulting, Change Enablement, or a related field.
• 2+ years of direct people-management experience, ideally leading geographically dispersed learning, instructional design, enablement, or talent professionals.
• Experience leading complex learning and enablement initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated experience translating business strategies and transformation priorities into practical, scalable capability-building solutions.
• Strong experience in learning strategy, performance consulting, learning design, facilitation, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a small global team of learning & enablement partners, learning specialists, and instructional designers.
• Translate business and Talent Development priorities into clear team goals, resource plans, and delivery expectations.
• Allocate team capacity across core Talent Development programs, enterprise transformation initiatives, and high-priority functional needs.
• Build the team’s capabilities in performance consulting, learning and enablement design, program management, and stakeholder partnership.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, experimentation, quality, and continuous improvement.
