Job summary

This role leads the design and delivery of portfolio leadership programming across the Bruce Portfolio, creating development journeys for emerging leaders and managers.

You will curate Skillsoft Percipio content, administer Workday Talent modules, and collaborate with HR Partners to drive capability, succession readiness, and program impact across multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in learning, talent, or organizational development, with hands-on design and delivery.
• Led end-to-end leadership development programs with a competency framework.
• Experience administering LMS/LXP and HCM talent modules; Percipio and Workday are a plus.
• Strong facilitation, business writing, and influence without authority.
• Travel domestically and internationally at least 40% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, build, and improvement of portfolio leadership programming across the Bruce Portfolio.
• Design learning journeys for emerging leaders, people managers, senior leaders, and subject-matter experts.
• Build targeted development and succession readiness plans; facilitate live sessions with senior leaders.
• Administer and improve learning systems (Skillsoft Percipio, Workday) and curate materials.
• Develop the measurement model for capability and report on participation and impact.
