Volaris Group seeks an HR Director for the Hospitality Vertical. This senior leader will shape people strategy across the Vertical, partnering with the CEO and Leadership Team to align talent with long‑term growth and performance targets.

Operating in a decentralized model, the role provides strategic guidance on organizational effectiveness, compensation, workforce planning, and change management, including HR due diligence for acquisitions and integration of new businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR-related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or HR preferred.
• Strong experience as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Vertical CEO and leadership to translate business priorities into effective people initiatives.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development across the vertical.
• Oversee compensation, performance management, and workforce planning aligned to business goals.
• Manage HR due diligence and post‑acquisition integration when acquiring businesses.
• Advise on organization design, leadership capability, and change management at scale.
