Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) seeks a seasoned Manager of Leadership Development to architect leader capability across the enterprise. You will partner with senior leadership, own Leadership Development Academies, and drive multi-year learning roadmaps from needs assessment through ROI measurement.

The role requires adult learning theory expertise, strong business partnering skills, and discipline in delivering programs that improve organizational performance and bench strength

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or another related field.
• 5+ years’ related work experience, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Expertise in Leadership, Organizational Learning and Development, Instructional Design, and Adult Development.

Responsibilities

• Drives leadership development to enhance manager knowledge and capability toward goals.
• Develops and manages leadership curricula and measures program success.
• Designs multi-year strategic roadmaps and tracks ROI of learning programs.
• Leads presentations, meetings, and events in varied modalities (in-person, virtual).
• Partners with department leaders to meet current and future training needs.
