Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a Leadership Development Manager to drive leadership development initiatives and coaching across our communities. You will support structured learning experiences, leadership cohorts, and organizational effectiveness programs.

You will partner with Operations, Human Resources, and community leadership to strengthen culture and adoption of strategic initiatives. This role sits within the Talent Development team and supports leadership and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of leadership development or OD experience.
• Experience facilitating leadership programs and cohorts.
• Willingness to travel to communities.

Responsabilités

• Lead leadership development initiatives through learning experiences, cohorts, coaching, and organizational effectiveness programs.
• Partner with Operations, HR, and community leadership to build leadership capability and culture.
• Collaborate with Talent Development to align leadership and employee development programs.
• Deliver leadership development program content and manage change management activities.
