Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design, Adult Learning, Learning & Development, HR or a related discipline.
• Experience using business metrics and training data to track impact of training efforts.
• Experience working with senior level stakeholders.
• 5+ years of professional learning and development with needs analysis, instructional design and measurement.
• Experience leading stakeholder engagements with senior and international leaders.
• Experience designing programs for large, global teams using data to measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify leadership development needs across organizations and geographies.
• Design and manage complex leadership development curricula aligned with goals and values.
• Incorporate innovative learning approaches to deliver impactful experiences.
• Lead data-driven decision making by establishing metrics and analyzing outcomes.
• Influence strategic direction of leadership development initiatives with evidence-based recommendations.
• Architect end-to-end learning experiences that scale across the organization.
• Mentor and develop others, building standards and best practices.
