Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Talent Development Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of instructor-led, in-market leadership development programs across our hotels. You will blend program and event management with engaging facilitation, while serving as the primary contact for our Career Journey and development initiatives.

The role requires travel up to 40% and involves coordinating with hotel partners, reviewing BEOs, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve logistics and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or training coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Talent Development, Adult Education, or related field.
• ATD Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) or equivalent credential preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 40% to properties across markets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate in-market leadership development programs and events.
• Book speakers, schedule sessions, and manage travel logistics.
• Review BEOs, catering, and AV needs for sessions.
• Collaborate with Talent Development and hotel teams to ensure program success.
• Gather feedback and apply design improvements to content and delivery.
