Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Engineering Enablement in Atlanta, GA. You will lead a team of three Enablement Business Partners to drive technical mastery and enablement programs across global SE teams.

Partner with senior Sales Engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the enablement strategy, measure business impact, and ensure regional localization while maintaining world-class standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical enablement, solutions architecture, or technical consulting in enterprise SaaS.
• 3+ years of direct people management leading enablement specialists, SEs, or business partners.
• Deep understanding of data cloud, analytics ecosystems, and complex sales cycles.
• Proven track record designing, executing, and scaling enablement programs that accelerate ramp and win rates.
• Executive presence and relationship building with senior sales, engineering, and product leadership.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to travel periodically as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Enablement Business Partners embedded in regional segments.
• Define overarching enablement charter and regional delivery models with SE leadership.
• Establish operating mechanisms for intake, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Design, localize, and deliver enablement assets, curricula, workshops, and kickoff sessions.
• Coordinate ongoing enablement activities and field communications with the global plan.
• Measure enablement impact and field readiness across segments.
• Align Enablement with Product, Marketing, and Solutions Architecture.
• Standardize best practices and reusable assets across theaters with regional nuances.
• Serve as executive sponsor for critical initiatives and escalations.
• Foster inclusive, collaborative culture focused on growth and mastery.
