Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Engineering Enablement to lead a team of Enablement Business Partners across regional segments. Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in sales engineering, technical enablement, solutions architecture, or technical consulting within high growth enterprise SaaS companies.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical enablement specialists, sales engineers, or technical business partners.
• Deep understanding of the data cloud, modern analytics ecosystems, enterprise architectures, and complex technical sales cycles, processes, and methodologies.
• Proven track record of designing, executing, and scaling enablement programs that demonstrably accelerate technical ramp and win rates.
• Exceptional executive presence and relationship building skills, with demonstrated success influencing senior sales, engineering, and product leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking, operational discipline, and analytical problem solving skills to manage global resource allocation and measure business impact.
• Ability to thrive, provide clarity, and drive execution in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to travel periodically as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Engineering Enablement Business Partners within regional or specialized segments.
• Partner with senior Sales Engineering leadership to define the enablement charter, priorities, and regional delivery models.
• Establish operating mechanisms for intake, prioritization, and resource allocation across regions and global needs.
• Design, localize, and deliver segment-specific enablement assets, curricula, workshops, and learning programs.
• Coordinate ongoing enablement activities and field communications aligned with the global enablement plan.
• Measure enablement impact and field readiness across segments.
