Job summary

Cloudera seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will establish governance, analyze portfolio and sales data, and synthesize insights for senior leadership.

The role requires coordinating with AMER/EMEA/APAC teams, driving the AI adoption funnel, and delivering scalable processes across regions while partnering with field engineers and productions teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive work experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, or management consulting.
• Direct experience supporting specialized technical sales, pre-sales, or post-sales delivery teams—Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) or Applied AI Specialist organizations.
• Deep domain experience in enterprise software, big data analytics, ML/AI, or hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Proven expertise with cloud subscription, consumption-based, or product-led growth models.
• Experience supporting enterprise commercial or technical organizations through rapid revenue growth and global expansion.
• Candidates with long-tenure supporting commercial or technical sales leaders in a comparable GTM model will be considered.
• This role has potential to significantly impact Cloudera and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, including MBR processes and executive synthesis.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel with leadership to track customer progression through four core stages.
• Structure analytical frameworks to prioritize target accounts across Top 100 enterprise lists.
• Define and standardize strategic metrics around subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Analyze ecosystem partnerships and revenue share models to maximize ARR expansion.
• Lead cross-functional teams to codify scalable processes for repeatable delivery across regions.
• Support business planning with segment analyses, growth models, and resource allocation.
