Cloudera is hiring a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations in the United States. You will lead global governance, drive AI adoption from discovery to scale, and develop data-driven strategies across AMER/EMEA/APAC. This role partners with field engineering and sales to shape high-impact initiatives and governance rhythms.

You will synthesize technical and commercial data, manage cross-functional programs, and deliver executive-level storytelling to guide investments and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales strategy or revenue operations
• Experience supporting technical sales, pre-sales, or post-sales delivery teams
• Deep domain in enterprise software, big data analytics, ML/AI, or hybrid cloud infrastructure
• Experience with cloud subscription or consumption-based business models
• Proven track record driving cross-functional alignment and measurable business impact
• Ability to support commercial or technical sales leaders in a closely comparable GTM model

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms across AMER, EMEA, and APAC for the Applied AI org.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel from Discovery through Production, tracking progression and outcomes.
• Structure analytical frameworks to prioritize target accounts and high-ROI Private AI workloads.
• Define and standardize KPIs around subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Analyze ecosystem partnerships and revenue models to maximize ARR expansion.
• Act as a trusted partner to technical and commercial leaders, codifying scalable processes.
• Build segment analyses, growth models, and business cases to inform investments and headcount planning.
