• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, program management, process excellence, or a similar strategic role within a technical or product-focused environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive strategic decisions.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex operational plans to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze moderation workstreams for complexity, risk, volume, and importance.
• Determine optimal allocation to in-house, BPO, or hybrid models.
• Own master plan for global work allocation and routing to meet SLAs.
• Develop concise technical workflow documentation for internal teams and partners.
• Lead rollout of new moderation queues and policies across teams.
• Partner with Incubation to pilot new processes at scale.
• Create implementation plans for BPO launches with Partner Operations.
• Define future workflows for integration with BPO partners.
• Analyze performance data and quality metrics to improve workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering for tool improvements.
• Establish feedback loop with BPO insights via Spark and Partner Ops.
