Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic partnerships or related field.
• Experience owning end-to-end partnership engagements.
• Knowledge of contract, procurement, and finance processes.
• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and platform safety.
• Ability to translate complex policy issues into clear partner recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of partnerships aligned with USDS priorities.
• Lead governance and risk assessments for external AI and safety initiatives.
• Build relationships with research and advocacy groups to inform policy.
• Own end-to-end partner lifecycle including onboarding and renewals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and brief senior leaders.
• Define success measures and report on outcomes and spend.
