Qualifications

• Experience driving metric improvements through process management and technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product launches and operationalize Trust & Safety strategies across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate pre-launch evaluations, risk assessments, and A/B testing to ensure readiness.
• Develop scalable SOPs, training protocols, and documentation for new feature rollouts.
• Monitor post-launch performance, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive iterative improvements.
• Bridge operations with product to identify tooling pain points and advocate for optimizations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Policy, and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
