Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking an experienced Product Operations Manager to scale our product delivery for Trust & Safety initiatives. You will act as the operational engine, translating product capabilities into scalable workflows, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Policy, and Operations to ensure launches are seamless and measurable.

In this role you will own end-to-end rollout processes, run risk assessments with Data Science, develop SOPs and training, monitor post-launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex issues and improve processes.
• Proven ability to drive metric improvements through operational management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams for Trust & Safety initiatives.
• Partner with Data Science and Product teams for pre-launch risk and performance evaluations.
• Develop scalable SOPs, training protocols and documentation for new features.
• Establish data monitoring and post-launch metrics to drive continuous iteration.
• Bridge operations and product to identify tooling and workflow improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Legal/Policy to ensure compliance with US regulations.
