• Strong communication for progress updates, risk reporting, and execution health.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of major organization-wide programs with milestone tracking and stakeholder coordination.
• Partner with global initiative owners to ensure operational alignment and readiness.
• Translate large-scale initiatives into clear operational plans and implementation paths across LoBs.
• Ensure rollout and adoption plans include readiness checks and post-launch follow-up.
• Identify blockers and risks early, driving resolution through coordination and escalation.
• Embed Operational Excellence and Automation to improve processes and scalability.
