Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including exposure supporting Trust & Safety, Content Operations, Risk/Fraud, or Technical roles.
• Hybrid requisition management across high-volume and niche searches.
• Exceptional analytical skills with pipeline data, metrics, and market benchmarking.
• Expert sourcing capabilities (Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM) to map passive talent in constrained markets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Trust & Safety, balancing high-volume pipelines with niche technical searches.
• Design and manage large-scale recruitment strategies to meet aggressive headcount ramps.
• Engage passive talent with advanced sourcing and talent mapping techniques.
• Partner with senior directors and HR to provide data-driven capacity planning and solutions.
• Lead candidate assessment with a high-touch, empathetic experience.
• Manage offer lifecycle across varied compensation structures, RSU/equity considerations.
• Analyze funnel metrics to diagnose bottlenecks and optimize hiring processes.
