Qualifications

• Experience in Big 4, consulting, or large corporate environment.
• Background in instructional design for assurance/audit or related fields.
• Cross-cultural experience with international teams.
• Spanish fluency strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strong communicator interfacing with leadership to run needs analyses and identify training gaps.
• Design learning strategies and POVs focused on non-tech and professional leadership skills.
• Drive end-to-end project execution, tailoring US assurance processes for cross-border alignment with Mexico.
