Job summary

OpenGov is seeking a Talent Enablement Manager to design and deliver learning experiences that build organizational capability. You’ll partner with SMEs to surface what matters, translate it into scalable programs, and own end-to-end enablement across leadership development, onboarding, and role-specific training.

You’ll facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, collaborate with HRBPs, and measure outcomes to continuously improve program design, staying ahead of AI-enabled learning trends.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Designing and delivering in-person and e-learning programs.
• Ability to translate concepts into clear learning materials.
• Experience using AI-native tools to accelerate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability gaps with SMEs and design targeted learning solutions.
• Own end-to-end development and delivery of programs.
• Create engaging e-learning modules and blended experiences.
• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for ICs and managers.
• Advise HRBPs on enablement needs and impact.
• Manage multiple projects with timelines and accountability.
• Measure learning outcomes and drive program improvements.
• Stay current on learning trends and AI-powered approaches.
• Design AI-powered workflows to magnify impact.
