Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
• Experience managing learning programmes, development initiatives, or capability-building projects.
• Hands‑on exposure to programme design, curriculum design, instructional design, learning journey design, or learning system design.
• Experienced involvement in design, development, and implementation processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and enhancement of learning programmes, curricula, and development journeys.
• Translate learning objectives and stakeholder requirements into practical and engaging learning experiences.
• Apply adult learning principles and learning design methodologies to programme development.
• Manage learning programmes and coordinate facilitators, coaches, subject matter experts, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support delivery across classroom, virtual, digital, and blended learning environments.
• Contribute to the administration and enhancement of learning platforms and digital learning solutions.
• Explore new learning technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness.
• Monitor programme effectiveness through learner feedback, evaluation data, and reporting.
• Partner stakeholders to identify learning needs and support broader capability-building initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of programmes and the overall learner experience.
