Job summary

DHL Express is seeking a highly motivated Major Account Executive to consult with business owners, expand relationships, and drive cross-border revenue growth across the U.S.–Mexico corridor, including El Paso–Juárez. The role requires deep customer insight, strategic selling, and collaboration with regional teams to deliver DHL’s global logistics solutions.

Candidates should bring extensive national account experience and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with at least 8 years of related experience or MS/MA with at least 5 years of related experience or at least 10 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Probe and identify opportunities to increase revenue with existing customers through cross-sell and upsell.
• Target and win new business opportunities at designated revenue thresholds.
• Coordinate with strategic/enterprise sales partners to ensure post-sales satisfaction and repeat business.
• Analyze key accounts, identify decision-makers, and align DHL services with client needs to grow key accounts.
• Collaborate with local, district, and regional teams to align sales efforts and share competitive insights.
