Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Senior Global Key Account Manager to nurture high-end clientele and oversee service delivery across multiple lines in Louisville. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead a local team of 9–12, and ensure adherence to ISO processes.

The role requires 5+ years in management within warehousing/3PL, and willingness to travel globally (≈20%). You will drive improvements, handle reporting, and oversee P&L for the portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years managerial experience in account or service delivery.
• At least 5 years experience in Warehousing, Distribution or 3PL environment.
• Open to travel globally (≈20%).

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging issues and drive solutions to resolution.
• Keep abreast of program changes and update team members on changes.
• Monitor status and volumes across lines to meet service levels.
• Oversee change requests and new project implementations.
• Coordinate with global teams for service delivery and improvements.
• Comply with company procedures and support specific programs.
• Develop and streamline procedures across areas of focus.
• Lead client reporting and invoicing with support from reporting contacts.
• Monitor and follow up with clients on payments.
• Manage P&L and budgeting processes for the business.
• Lead a local team of 9–12 members.
