Job summary

Arvato seeks a Senior Global Key Account Manager to nurture high-end clientele and ensure service levels across multiple lines. You will lead a local team of 9-12 and oversee day-to-day business while coordinating with global teams on projects and improvements.

You will manage P&L, budgeting and forecasting, and support change requests with the client and internal organization. Travel up to 20% globally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years managerial experience within account or service delivery teams.
• 5+ years experience in Warehousing, Distribution or 3PL environment.
• 5+ years managing teams.
• Open to travel globally (20%).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business and support the execution team.
• Lead a local team of 9-12 members.
• Manage inquiries, issues and improvements for programs.
• Coordinate new projects or changes across regions.
• Monitor service levels and financial performance.
