Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Senior Global Key Account Manager in Louisville to nurture our high-end clientele and ensure all business processes across multiple lines meet service levels. You will oversee day-to-day operations, support the team, and participate in special projects with clients and internal teams.

You will lead a local team of 9-12 and coordinate with global groups to share best practices, drive improvements, and manage client reporting and invoicing. Travel globally up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 5 years managerial experience within account or service delivery teams.
• At least 5 years experience in Warehousing, Distribution or 3PL environment.
• At least 5 years managing teams.
• Open to travel globally (20%).

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging issues and drive solutions to resolution.
• Monitor service levels across all business lines.
• Lead a local team of 9-12 members.
• Coordinate with global teams for service delivery improvements.
• Manage P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee project changes and client reporting.
