Job summary

Arvato seeks a Senior Global Key Account Manager to nurture high-end clientele and ensure all business processes across multiple lines are executed within established service levels; oversee day-to-day operations and support the appropriate team for execution; participate in special projects with the client and internal organization; follow ISO processes; manage inquiries, issues, and improvements for supported programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years managerial experience within account or service delivery teams.
• 5+ years experience in Warehousing, Distribution or 3PL environment.
• 5+ years managing teams.
• Open to travel globally (20%).

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging issues and drive solutions to resolution.
• Keep abreast of program changes and inform the team of updates.
• Monitor status and volumes to ensure service levels are met.
• Coordinate new projects or change requests.
• Coordinate with global teams for service delivery improvements.
• Lead a local team of 9–12 team members.
• Manage P&L including financial reviews, cost management and forecasting.
