Formación

• The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of general IT support experience (help desk, AD/Server administration, and network administration).
• Experience supporting executives is highly preferred.
• Proactively document and support work activities and present solutions to recurring issues.
• Approachable, structured, and collaborative with a passion for customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support to staff with a focus on timely resolutions.
• Document work activities and communicate solutions to colleagues.
• Collaborate with the global IT team to enhance the user experience.
• Assist with onboarding and IT training for new hires.
• Participate in the IT on-call support queue to ensure 24/7 coverage.
