Job summary

Essense of Australia, Lenexa, Kansas, seeks an IT Specialist to provide responsive staff IT support and excellent customer service. You will work with the global IT team to resolve issues, train new employees, and document activities for ongoing improvements.

The role requires hands-on help desk experience, strong AD/Server and network skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to keep colleagues productive.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of general IT support experience (help desk, Microsoft AD/Server administration, and network administration).
• Experience supporting executives is highly preferred.
• Must be able to document and support all work activities and proactively seek solutions.
• Approachable, structured in nature, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to staff across the organization, including executives.
• Prioritize and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Collaborate with the global technology team to enhance IT services.
• Deliver IT training and onboarding for new employees.
• Maintain documentation and participate in IT on-call support rotation.
