Job summary

icotec Medical, Inc. is expanding its U.S. IT team in the Boston area and seeks an hands-on IT Support and Platform Specialist.

You will serve as the primary IT contact for the U.S. organization, supporting Boston and Atlanta sites and a largely remote workforce across the United States. You will manage Windows devices with Intune, administer Microsoft 365, enable secure access with Entra ID, and collaborate with the global IT team to keep systems reliable, secure, and modern.

Qualifications

• Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Workplace Technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, Teams, Outlook, and connectivity issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests from start to finish with clear communication.
• Assist onboarding, role changes, and offboarding including accounts and devices.
• Create and maintain user-friendly documentation and support materials.
• Coordinate with external vendors and the global IT organization as needed.
• Manage Windows devices and mobile endpoints with Intune.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Support identity and access management with Entra ID and monitor device health.
• Provide LAN/Wi‑Fi and printer support and coordinate local IT installs.
• Deliver onboarding sessions and end-user training on workplace technologies.
