Job summary

Breakthrough Properties is seeking a technically skilled IT Systems Engineer to serve as the primary on-site IT resource for our Boston-area life science portfolio. You will own regional helpdesk operations, manage on-site infrastructure, and provide remote support across the US and UK.

Responsibilities include Tier 3 support, tenant move-ins, vendor coordination, systems administration (Intune, Entra ID, Azure AD, M365), and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years IT support, systems administration, or equivalent
• Hands-on with M365 and Entra ID administration
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, NinjaOne)
• Strong networking fundamentals and Windows 11 enterprise support
• Vendor coordination and IT projects experience
• Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python)

Responsibilities

• Regional & on-site support for Boston-area properties, Tier 3 helpdesk
• Tenant move-ins coordination, AV setup, access control
• Remote Tier 3 helpdesk across US/UK properties
• Onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning
• Manage endpoint fleet with Intune and NinjaOne; patch, policy enforcement
• Azure AD administration and M365 licensing management
• Maintain Cisco Meraki network infrastructure and security appliances
• Develop automation and integrations using iPaaS tools and PowerShell
