Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Strategy Growth and Transformation Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for commercial sector clients. You will drive strategic change, oversee globally distributed teams, and deliver high-value engagements focused on engineering transformation and AI-enabled processes.

You will plan engagements, develop innovative solutions, and coach junior practitioners while coordinating across technology and operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in the commercial consulting sector delivering large IT engineering/transformation programs.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in a leadership role on large transformation programs in a commercial environment.
• 8+ years' experience in technology and operational transformation.
• Experience in operating model transformation, agile delivery, leading global teams across borders.
• Strong ability to articulate engineering concepts to business and tech audiences.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments and with third parties.
• Extensive team leadership experience managing people, projects, clients and budgets.
• Experience using AI to streamline business processes and create efficiencies.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead globally dispersed teams (US, India, Mexico) to deliver strategy and transformation engagements.
• Define deliverables and milestones for engagement planning and oversee delivery.
• Coach junior practitioners and provide guidance on staffing and engagement economics.
• Manage risk and client expectations proactively.
