Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Strategy Growth and Transformation Manager to drive digital transformation strategies for commercial sector clients in the US. You will lead globally dispersed teams across the US, India, and Mexico to deliver strategy and transformation engagements with a product‑engineering mindset.

You will coach junior practitioners, manage risk and engagement economics, and collaborate with executives to shape staffing and client outcomes.

Qualifications

6+ years' experience in the commercial consulting sector working on large scale IT engineering/transformation projects
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field
3+ years' experience in a leadership role working on large scale transformation programs in a commercial environment with a focus on technology
8+ years' experience in technology and operational transformation efforts
Experience in operating model transformation, agile delivery, leading global teams across borders
Experience using AI to streamline business processes and create efficiencies

Responsibilities

Lead globally dispersed teams across the US, India, and Mexico to deliver strategy and downstream transformation engagements
Define deliverables and milestone structure for engagement planning and oversee delivery with high quality on time
Coach junior practitioners and guide future staffing needs
Manage engagement risk and ongoing engagement economics while maintaining proactive client expectations
