Job summary

Birdeye seeks a Senior IT Manager to lead global IT infrastructure, applications, and support teams, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable operations across locations. You will drive automation and AI-enabled IT transformations, aligning technology with business goals and fostering innovation.

The role requires hands-on leadership of complex IT environments, managing budgets, vendors, and strategic IT initiatives while maintaining a focus on security, governance, and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience
• ITIL Foundation certification required
• Bachelor and/or Master in CS or IS
• Proven leadership of IT infrastructure in fast-paced, global orgs
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, security, and vendor management
• Experience with IT operations across multiple locations and remote
• Experience in data governance preferred
• Experience with G Suite, RingCentral, Office 365, JIRA, VMware, Kandji, Scale Fusion

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor IT teams across global locations
• Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, security, and support services
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
• Ensure compliance with security standards and industry regulations
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement IT strategies
• Plan and execute IT projects on time and within budget
