Job summary

Distyl AI, Inc. seeks a Senior IT Manager to build and lead a growing IT organization in a highly regulated, enterprise environment.

You will own strategy, security controls, compliance programs, and operational processes enabling Distyl to scale from ~180 to 500+ employees globally. You will oversee identity & access, endpoint security, SaaS governance, and corporate security operations across the United States and international markets, partnering with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and People

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading IT, corporate technology, or security operations as a company scales from 150+ to 500+ employees.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute competing initiatives in fast-growing environments.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to partner with executives, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Distyl's IT organization, including hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
• Define the long-term IT strategy, operating model, budget, and roadmap.
• Own corporate compliance programs, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, GDPR, HIPAA, and future certifications.
