Job summary

IOT is seeking a Manager II, IT Engineering and DevOps to lead the engineering team behind our internal integrations, automation, and AI-native workflows powering Core IT. You will set the technical roadmap and drive velocity across US and India teams.

You will partner with ServiceOps and Business Operations to identify automation opportunities, translate needs into requirements, and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or automation engineering.
• 3+ years directly managing engineers.
• Experience managing a globally distributed engineering team across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own integrations, automation, and AI-native workflows across Core IT.
• Build and maintain automation serving other functions in the organization.
• Evaluate and adopt new automation and AI tooling as it matures.
• Manage a team of engineers in the US and India.
• Set technical direction and a shared roadmap for the team.
• Build a globally distributed engineering rhythm with overlap hours and handoffs.
