Job summary

Greenhouse is seeking a Manager, Corporate IT to lead the transformation of Corporate IT into an AI-native engineering team. You will mentor IT engineers across US and EMEA time zones, owning identity, endpoint management, SaaS governance, and security controls to support compliance.

You will architect an AI-first operating model and drive proactive remediation while maintaining human-in-the-loop guardrails. This role reports to the Director, Information Systems and guides a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems engineering, including 2+ years of management.
• Expertise in Okta: lifecycle automation, SSO, SCIM, and RBAC.
• Hands-on Jamf Pro device management: zero-touch deployment and reports.
• Proven history shipping production automation and agentic systems.
• Extensive SaaS governance: integration management and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit cycles.
• Strong AI workflow orchestration and observability judgment.
• Degree a plus; we value competency and practical skill.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and scale the IT engineering organization across US and EMEA time zones.
• Architect an AI-first operating model for proactive remediation.
• Deliver end-to-end lifecycle automation with zero-touch provisioning.
• Manage internal tech stack including Okta and Jamf Pro as programmable infra.
• Develop the agentic layer and bounded-action workflows.
• Operate IT-owned controls and produce audit evidence for SOC 2/ISO.
• Provide SaaS portfolio governance with access reviews and renewals.
• Serve as incident commander for high-severity IT events.
• Collaborate to enforce access and procurement policies company-wide.
• Partner with Security, People, Finance, and Legal for alignment.
• Additional projects as business needs require.
