GardaWorld seeks a Senior Manager to lead Business Transformation & Intelligent Automation within its Information Technology group. You will architect, develop, test, deploy, and support AI-enabled automation and workflow solutions to modernize operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and scalable production‑ready solutions across enterprise technologies.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience building workflow automations, business applications, integrations, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and related AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support automation solutions and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build scalable solutions using Power Platform, scripting, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop reusable automation components and technical solutions to improve operations.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications and automation solutions.
• Lead solution delivery from requirements through production support.
