Managed across time zones with data residency considerations.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Manage the estate: enterprise systems including productivity, HRIS, ERP/Finance, and Salesforce CRM.
Own identity infrastructure end to end: SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, privileged accounts.
Oversee employee support across regions with defined service levels.
Lead IT transformation to leverage AI and improve efficiency.
Partner with Security, Finance, HR, Marketing, Support, RevOps and Sales.
Build and restructure a global IT team as needed.
Ensure ISO 27001, SOC 2, FedRAMP, GovRAMP compliance and audit readiness.
