Job summary

ECAM seeks a Senior Manager, Business Transformation & Intelligent Automation to lead the IT organization in delivering automation and AI-enabled solutions that modernize operations.

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable automation, build integrations, and guide stakeholders from requirements to production support, ensuring security and governance across initiatives. This growth-focused role requires hands-on leadership and strong collaboration with IT teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience building workflow automations, business applications, integrations, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or comparable technologies.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs, web services, SQL, or other integration technologies.
• Proficiency with programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar.
• Experience following the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support automation solutions, business applications, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, scripting, APIs, enterprise integrations, and other modern development technologies.
• Develop reusable automation components and technical solutions that improve business operations.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications and automation solutions.
• Produce clean, maintainable code and technical documentation aligned with IT standards.
• Lead solution delivery from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and application support teams as needed.
• Measure and communicate the operational impact of implemented solutions.
• Monitor governance, security, and compliance in all solutions.
