Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy is seeking a seasoned IT leader to build and run a global service desk, infrastructure operations, and enterprise architecture. You will establish ITIL disciplines, modernize data center and cloud strategies, and collaborate with Cyber Security and Finance to ensure secure, cost-efficient infrastructure globally.

Lead a 28-headcount across regions with travel up to 30% and report on executive‑level business cases. Strong executive presence and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years IT infrastructure and operations leadership, preferably global manufacturing or industrial.
• Master’s degree, ITIL Foundation, technical certifications, and MSP transition experience optional.

Responsibilities

• Foundational ITIL‑aligned change, incident, and problem management across the enterprise.
• Direct the Global Service Desk and regional Infrastructure Operations teams.
• Design and execute data center, cloud, and network modernization strategies.
• Partner with Cyber Security for security hygiene and segmentation.
• Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans for all services.
• Manage IT finances with Finance, Run/Protect/Innovate budgeting, TEM.
