This is a supervisory role with responsibilities for the Senior Manager of Infrastructure Operations, Manager of the Global Service Desk, and IT Architects with direct responsibility for recommendations for hiring, discipline, discharge, performance appraisal and salary increase planning. At launch, the position holds direct and indirect supervision of approximately 28 total headcounts spanning the Americas, EMEA, and
APAC regions. The role is also responsible for building and overseeing a flexible, variable-cost partner ecosystem of external staff.
