Job summary

Front is hiring a Director of IT, Corporate Security & Infrastructure to own global IT services, security, and collaboration platforms. You will lead endpoints, IAM, and vendor governance while shaping strategy and incident response.

This role requires hands-on leadership and a track record of building scalable IT and security programs. You will manage a global team, own the IT budget, and partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, People, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT, infrastructure, or security, with 3+ years managing a team you hired and developed.
• Hands-on depth in identity, cloud infrastructure, network, and endpoint management.
• Experience with an IAM program (Okta) and security governance.
• Experience running security programs: SOC 2 Type II, access reviews, incident response, vendor risk.
• Ability to lead IT operations end-to-end: intake, SLAs, runbooks, on-call.
• Formal change management experience and governance of integrations (iPaaS).
• Budget ownership, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Corporate Technology Infrastructure strategy, including endpoints and collaboration tools.
• Lead IT Operations and Help Desk, with a scalable support model, onboarding/offboarding excellence.
• Own G&A systems management and HR/Finance/Legal integrations and automations.
• Build and grow a global IT & Security team, manage budgets, and drive cross-functional planning.
• Partner with Engineering security and AI enablement to align with enterprise goals.
