Job summary

elariaà is seeking a Director of Infrastructure and Data Center Operations to helm the organization’s IT services and data center performance. This role drives strategy, budgets, and vendor governance while overseeing desktop, helpdesk, mobile and infrastructure services in a mission-critical environment.

The successful candidate will lead teams to ensure uninterrupted computing facilities, optimize capacity, and align IT operations with business goals through KPI-driven management and ITSM

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT Service Strategy and ITIL best practices.
• Experience with large-scale data center operations.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Ability to plan strategically and manage budgets for IT services.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy development with executive stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and vendor performance for data center services.
• Oversee data center operations, hardware lifecycle, and asset management.
• Drive continuous service improvement through KPI tracking and reporting.
• Develop ITSM processes and implement enabling technologies.
• Coordinate with IT leadership on vendor selection and contracts.
