Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a seasoned leader to drive employee-facing IT services across a global enterprise, including service desk, onsite support, and access management. You will lead a blended internal team and strategic suppliers to deliver reliable IT services and set high standards of operational excellence.

The role emphasizes governance of vendors, program roadmaps, and strong partnerships with IT and business stakeholders to design an improved technology experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive IT service delivery experience (global).
• 5+ years governing vendor performance via SLAs and service agreements.
• 3+ years people leadership including coaching and developing teams.
• Experience creating service roadmaps, budgets, and operational plans.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an internal team of service delivery professionals.
• Govern delivery partner accountability, performance, and service transformation.
• Develop customer-centric service roadmaps, forecasts, and lifecycle planning.
• Oversee daily operations across service portfolio, escalation resolution, and RCA.
• Ensure access control compliance with audit requirements.
• Build partnerships with business leaders, VIPs, technical teams, and vendors.
