Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy in the United States seeks an IT Financial Analyst to partner with IT leadership, own global IT budgeting, and drive TBM-based cost traceability across OpEx/CapEx, cloud and multi-site operations. You will lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and Run–Protect–Innovate categorization to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires 7+ years in IT finance, strong Excel and ERP skills (Oracle EBS), and experience with Power BI/Tableau; FinOps and TBM knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting, Economics, or IT.
• MBA or Master's in Financial Engineering / Information Systems preferred.
• 7+ years IT financial analysis, corporate FP&A, or technology management.
• Direct experience building IT financial governance from a foundational state.
• Specialized expertise in IT capital/operating budget development, cloud unit economics, and TBM.
• Familiarity with TBM taxonomy, service/product costing, allocation methods, showback/chargeback.
• IFRS experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Oracle E-Business Suite (EEE core).
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau and FinOps tools (Apptio, Cloudability, Flexera).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns annual global IT budget development and Run–Protect–Innovate categorization.
• Conducts monthly, quarterly, and rolling financial spend analyses and forecasting.
• Develops COS accounting and rate-provisioning chargeback/showback models for 25+ global BUs.
• Stands up Software Asset Management as the truth for entitlement vs. consumption.
• Owns telecom spend validation and near-term carrier renegotiation.
• Financial ownership of the Digital Transformation Program and funding tracking.
• Builds executive dashboards and reports (SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau).
• Develops financial policies and training for cloud governance and billing processes.
