Job summary

ISACA, a global IT governance leader, seeks an IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise infrastructure programs including cloud, network, systems, and security. You will drive roadmaps, budgets, resource planning, and risk management across concurrent initiatives, reporting to the Director of Infrastructure.

This role requires 6+ years in IT infrastructure and 3+ years in delivery leadership, with Azure/AWS experience and strong vendor management and ITSM expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end infrastructure delivery in enterprise or complex hybrid environments.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable).
• Experience managing infrastructure delivery projects or programs with multiple initiatives.
• Experience managing vendors, MSPs, and third-party providers with SLAs.
• Strong ITSM process knowledge and audit readiness experience.
• Understanding of infrastructure security, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure initiatives (cloud, network, systems, security).
• Develop roadmaps, plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations across initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and risk management across infrastructure programs.
• Manage vendor/MSP relationships, SLAs, and service optimization.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Compliance, Operations to set standards and governance.
• Communicate status and risks to leadership for informed decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement across infrastructure delivery processes.
