Job summary

Form Energy is seeking a Director of IT Operations to own infrastructure, end-user services, networks, identity, and endpoint fleet across multiple U.S. sites. You will build a lean, metrics-driven IT operation with audit-ready controls while supporting R&D, lab, and manufacturing users.

This hybrid role requires onsite work 3+ days per week and relocation assistance is available. Relocation is supported to MA, CA, WV regions where sites exist.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years leading IT operations and/or infrastructure teams across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Own core IT infrastructure: servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, and identity infrastructure.
