• 12+ years in enterprise software and/or agentic sales with a focus on CxO engagement.
• Experience leading large, geographically distributed sales teams across national/global markets.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment across matrixed environments.
• Strong balance of short-term execution and long-term growth with analytical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global IT & HR Service sales strategy across all segments and global operating units.
• Oversee a high-performing team of sales leaders (AVPs, RVPs, AEs) and guide complex opportunities.
• Develop data-driven revenue targets and incentive programs to consistently exceed targets.
• Partner with Product to influence the roadmap and align go-to-market priorities.
• Own end-to-end sales processes with clear metrics and accountable execution.
• Cultivate strategic customer relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
